Analysis Of Caixin's Epidemic Reporting Framework From The Perspective Of Constructive Journalism

Based on the perspective of news production,this paper explores and explains the constructive elements in the Caixin.com epidemic reports.Through the analysis of the news production concept and framework presented in the practice of constructive journalism of a single media,it is confirmed that constructive journalism has more potential in the domestic social environment.In this paper,Caixin.com,a professional financial media,is chosen as the research object.With the theoretical background of constructive journalism and the research method of framework theory,the constructive elements in its epidemic reports are studied in three different aspects: high,medium and low.Caixin.com's epidemic reports prioritized how problems and conflicts can be solved and generated new ideas and paradigms.From the constructive reporting framework of Caixin.com,it could be seen that the features of Chinese social media are similar to the concept of constructive journalism.The constructive elements presented in the epidemic reports are also in line with the practical context of Chinese society news,and many problems exposed in the epidemic report also reflect the one-sided aspects of the imported "constructive" under the soil of socialist journalism with Chinese characteristics,which provides the reference for the localization of constructive journalism.
