RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)is a kind of non-contact wireless communication technology, which can scan and identify moving objects quickly.RFID technology has been widely used in all aspects of life since it was invented in the Second World War.At present,NFC(Near Field Communication)based on RFID has also been integrated into devices such as smartphones and bracelets, which greatly facilitates people's transportation. With the further promotion of 5G,the Internet of Everything will gradually become a reality. As a supporting technology for the Internet of Things to sense the external environment,RFID will also get a broader development space. In the current smart card manufacturing industry, the traditional card reader has a single card writing method and function, which only supports the reading and writing operation of a specific protocol. Moreover, when writing cards in large quantities, some cards fail to be written due to the interference between multiple antenna coils of readers. In order to solve the problem, this paper designs a reader that supports ISO/IEC 14443 protocol and ISO/IEC 15693 protocol, and supports multiple writing methods. It supports both reading and writing directly to the smart card chip,as well as reading and writing using the antenna coupling after the smart card chip is packaged into a card.In the hardware part of the reader, the STM32 microprocessor is used as the control core.Other circuit design includes the RF signal processing module based on THM3070,the magnetic coupling isolation module, the detection module, and the RF signal transmitting module. The software part also adopts the modular design concept, which is divided into the THM3070 SPI driver module, the ISO/IEC 14443 protocol module, the ISO/IEC 15693 protocol module, and the USB CCID protocol module. Finally,a PC/SC-compliant host computer application is also designedThe test results show that the reader designed in this paper not only supports smart card with multiple protocol types and multiple writing methods, but also uses the CCID protocol to improve the communication rate with the host computer, and at the same time it supports standardized PC/SC host computer application,it has greatly improved the card writing efficiency of enterprises and has certain market prospects.
