Radio frequency identification technology is identifying and communicating witha particular target by radio signal. It is a non-contact automatic identificationtechnology. It doesn’t need establish contact with the specific target by the mechanicalor optical; its recognition operation without manual intervention and it can work in avariety of harsh environment. RFID technology can identify the high-speedmovement of objects and identify a number of labels at the same time t, its operationis fast and convenient.According to the aviation application, the paper provides a design of RFID readerbased on STM32which works on the frequency of13.56MHz. It elaborates on themodules of the system and programming of the software. It supports for multipleprotocols and2.8inch touch screen. It can communicate with the SQL database byUarst. The experiment was carried out to test the function of reading and writing.Compared with the other low-end reader, it is faster, more convenient and better userexperience. This thesis tells the RFID reader peripheral driver construction, includes: adisplay device, storage device driver and communication device driver. The displaydevice drivers for I/O driver and TFT-LCD touch screen driver; storage device driverfor FLASH driver and SD card driver; communication device drivers for serial portdriver and SPI driver. In addition, this thesis also discusses the system software and human-computerinteraction interface construction. RFID reader system includes system initialization,RF function realization and implementation of the file system; man-machine interfaceincludes icon generation, touch operation implementation, implementation of virtualkeyboard input function and continuous parameters. Finally, the debugging and the experimental results were analyzed and the futureresearch work is proposed.
