With the development of the Internet,RFID has occupied the market for its advantagesof high recognition rate,great capacity of data storage,high data security since the lastcentury.And the technology of UHF RFID is the forfront products and is applied in thelogistics management,transportation and other aspects.In this paper,first of all,the great background of the Internet and the technology ofRFID were deeply studied,then the design goal and the content of the research aredetermined.The working principle of the UHF RFID system is deeply researched includingthe concept of the system,component selection,system composition and its mainapplications.By contrast,we eventually choose the best standard of ISO18000-C for thesystem.In this paper, a visual warehouse management system based on RFID is developed.The system replaced the traditional management system of paper records and realized themore intuitive,more convenient,more efficient information warehouse management.Thesystem is mainly divided into three levels.From the bottom to the upper,the three levels arerespectively collecting layer,transporting layer,processing layer. The collecting layerworks through the data transmission between the reader and the electronic tags. Thetransporting layer gets to the data transmission through the serial port communicationbetween the reader and the PC. The processing layer processes the data to supply us to use.Innovation point of this system is as follows:firstly,a kind of UHF RFID reader withthe working frequency range between840Mhz and960Mhz are developed. The biggestbright spot of the reader is that it choose the best control circuit and the best core chip of RFcircuit. The core control circuit chip adopted is the STM32processer with the core ofCortex-M3. It can not only achieve higher performance than before, but also make thesystem to achieve the minimum energy consumption. RF circuit adopted is the Indy R2000UHF RFID chip that American Impinj developed independently. The chip works effectivelyfrom840Mhz to960Mhz and it can support the protocol standard of ISO18000-6C.Secondly,for the antenna matching circuit, given the UHF band that thesystem choose, we need to consider two aspects of the match. A kind of matching is for tobe conjugate, the other kind of matching is to achive no reflection. By implementing thetwo aspects of the matching, the transmission performance of the antenna can achieve thehighest efficiency, which is of great importance for the whole system.Thirdly,For the workand research of the PCB part, we also make a lot of efforts. For the UHF band of the system,we need not only improve the anti-jamming performance of the circuit but also try our bestto make the smallest volum to give full consideration to its resistance when we design thePCB circuit. We state from the device packaging, module layout and wiring rules and otherseveral aspects. At last, we show our PCB circuit in the form of pictures.Fourthly,thedevelopment of the system that can achieve the warehouse management of a visual interface.The visual platform of warehouse management system is developed through two kind oftechnology which is network programming and database technology. Through the two kindof technology we are able to achieve automatic management. The goods in and out of thewarehouse can be seen clearly through the interface of the computer. It can also completethe query function. It is easy and convenient to query the time and the manufacturer of eachpiece of goods in and out of the warehouse and so on. And this system can automaticallygenerate reports and bar chart. By vibrant bar chart view, it can be more intuitive tocompare and understand all kinds of goods in the system. The visual storage system basedon RFID that this paper designed has very high practical value whose test performance isgood.
