The growth of local Telecommunication equipment manufacturing companies impacts this industry hugely.Many international companies bankrupted one after another.Nokia got nothing in all 3 CHINA operators' 5G wireless equipment open bid in Y2020,E Telecommunication Co.,Ltd(E Company for shot)becomes the only foreign company in wireless market in CHINA.This paper mainly expounds how foreign company competes with local company in CHINA market.Firstly,the paper qualitatively analyzes the external environment and competition situation of the industry with PEST and Porter five force model,lists the external opportunities and threats,quantitatively analyzes the company's ability to seize external opportunities and resist external risks with EFE matrix survey for executive level.Secondly,the paper untangles the value chain of E company,lists the internal resources and capabilities,identifies its internal strength and weakness,quantitative analyze it's ability to make use of strength and avoid weakness with IFE matrix survey for executive level.Thirdly,identify focus strategy is the best competitive strategy for E company base on E company's vision and mission,with the help of QSPM matrix.Finally,the paper expounds how to execute and support differentiation strategy efficiently base on current situation.The paper concludes that:mobile telecommunication manufacturing industry is a potential industry and the blue ocean market of IoT is emerging,secondly,Although the competition is tough,E company could make good use of its technology leadership and best global experiences,positioning itself as a valuable alternative for local vendors by closely communication with customers.Lastly,increase R&D investment to support the requirements from Chinese market better.
