With the rapid development of wind power technology,the number of wind turbine assembly machines in China is increasing day by day.and the iterative speed of wind power control technology is also increasing,which has caused many problems that do not match the rapid development of wind power generation.The technical level of wind farm operation and maintenance personnel is crucial to the performance of wind turbines and the availability of wind energy.The limitations of training methods for new wind farms are becoming more and more prominent.The single verification method of wind turbine control algorithms cannot meet the needs of rapid iteration of wind power control technology.This seriously hinders the sustainable development of the wind power industry.Therefore,it is especially important to design a wind turbine real-time simulation control platform for new employee training or control algorithm verification.This paper proposes a design scheme for real-time simulation platform of wind turbines based on software and hardware of Beckhoff Company,and develops the main control system of double-fed wind turbines.This paper first describes the overall model of the doubly-fed wind turbine,including the main control system of the wind turbine,the computer simulation system equipped with the pitch controller and the variable frequency controller and related models,the upper computer monitoring system equipped with the monitoring interface and the manned machine.The monitoring system of the interactive interface.Secondly,according to the real-time requirements of the simulation platform,the hardware structure of the wind power main control system is designed and optimized,including the selection and arrangement of the controller and electrical equipment and the peripheral circuit wiring design.Then based on TwinCAT,the main control system configuration software is developed;in order to realize the real-time data interaction of the simulation platform,the communication system between the various subsystems of the simulation platform is also designed,including PROFIBUS communication system,general-purpose I/O communication system and Ethernet.Communication.Finally,this paper designs the core control flow of the wind turbine main control system,and develops the PLC program based on the IEC61131-3 programming standard,including the main control system main control flow,the fan startup and grid connection control process,the shutdown control flow.In the yaw control,the design of the automatic wind control flow and the automatic unwinding control flow and the PLC program are realized.
