Energy and environment are pressing problems that must be settled by human beings for future survival and development. Wind power has preferable economic and social benefits because of its cleanliness and free pollution, short construction period, flexible investment and few occupation of land. At present, there are big gaps between china and developed countries in wind turbine's theory and application research, because wind power has disadvantage with thermal power and hydropower in cost, power quality, equipment manufacture and control technology. Research of wind turbine in china is very weak and many advanced wind turbine technologies are not solved such as high power capacity, pitch control and variable speed constant frequency etc. Thus, almost all advanced large-scale wind turbines are imported from overseas. In all, in depth research of wind turbine technology has very important meaning for persistent wind turbine development and home production.The control system of wind turbine based on PAC is researched and designed on the basis of MW-level wind turbine test-bed in this thesis. This article first carries on the overall introduction to the wind turbine test-bed machine control system, key prominent test-bed design and technology in the advanced. Next, introduced with emphasis the test-bed software and hardware design, has followed timely, reliable, the usability, the network guiding principle in the software and hardware design process, designs the electrically controlled system can the real-time gathering data and processes, and the long-term reliable all-weather movement has extremely the convenience friendly man-machine interaction. Finally conducts the theoretical research and the simulation to the test-bed application's wind turbine rotor simulated, a good wind turbine rotor simulated may play the huge role to the test procedure, may enable the equipment to simulate wind field each kind of complex wind power and the operating mode situation in the factory, therefore said that the test-bed wind turbine rotor simulated research is necessary and meaningful.Thesis mainly research and design a set of wind turbine test and control system. The system is designed to start taking into account two important factors: automation and networking. Automated unattended automatically reflected in the test machine, the network is reflected in various types of field bus and network remote monitoring and control. The system is an advanced design concepts, the application of the wind industry is also a popular area of cutting-edge. Therefore, this system has certain forward-looking and unique, for the guidance of wind turbine test-bed building has great significance.
