Real-time modeling is an important task during the research of aeroengine in last recent decades. In order to develop real time applicability of the module, a new simplied method of engine modeling based on component characteristic is presented. Then a control agolrithm and a close-loop digital engine simulation software for this model has been designed. At the end, the simulation of the modal is conducted as well.At first, a new simplied method of engine modeling based on component characteristic which analyse the effect of the method of constant specific heat and polynomial fitting is presented. A single-step N-R algorithm is also used to find the solution of model equations. Subsequently a PID control agolrithm is designed for this model, and the PID coefficiency is selected through a try and error method. At the end, the simulation software for the modal is designed which is used in close-loop simulation experiment, 2 PC real-time simulation based on serialcommunication and Semi-physical simulation. The result of all the simulation experiment shows that the model has a very good time domain characteristic, which proves that the method of modeling is valuable.
