Electronic information industry is the basic industry of national economy,which has played a huge role in promoting the development of society and economy,providing great convenience for people's production and life,and playing an important role in social development.An enterprise is a private technology company that produces communication equipment,growing through hard work.With the spread of international trade protectionism.the operating environment of enterprise a has changed dramatically.This article will start from the traditional marketing strategy of a enterprise,and then take SWOT model as the framework to explore the current situation and improvement path of a enterprise's marketing strategy.The traditional marketing strategy of enterprise a has strong application value,with obvious advantages in technology quality,scale effect,channel design and brand image,while the internal disadvantages and external strategic threats can be ignored,which can be used for reference for other enterprises.Due to the rapid development of A Company,which is greatly affected by the external environment,PEST analysis is used to explore the impact of the external environment on the traditional marketing strategy of A Company.It is found that the four advantages are gradually weakened,and new problems are emerging which are different from other enterprises in the industry.Based on this problem,this paper uses SWOT analysis to extract the core advantages,internal disadvantages and external environment of A Company in the new era Change.Based on the development strategies of SO,St,WO and WT,this paper uses 4P+1 model again to present the implementation strategies of the four strategies in the four links of product,price,channel,promotion and brand.It can be found that the main advantage of enterprise a is 5G technology.In the new era,5G product group should be built,and then product strategy,promotion strategy and brand strategy should be designed.At the same time,A Company are more dependent on traditional customers in the new era,and the "one belt and one way" initiative will become the main starting point for the company to expand its overseas market.In view of this,A enterprises should optimize the product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,brand strategy.On this basis,the paper also proposes that the government departments should provide support for A Company to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategy.It is expected that this study will be helpful for A Company's marketing strategy.
