As the business competition is fiercer than before in the industry of smart electronic products,and the more technology advances in electronic products,the products evolve rapidly.All powerful brand companies invest much in R?D to launch upgrade and update products to occupy the domestic market.Meanwhile,with the rapid rise of E-commerce,some small-scale electronic companies and Makers join this competition as well.They make use of E-commerce platform for channel distribution and market development.They seize part of market share for the reason of lower cost and flexible operation.This thesis is focusing on discussion for the marketing and sales strategy of smart electronic products of AO Company.Analyzing and studying the market segmentation and marketing,and provide the solution.The whole research is divided into the following three parts.The first part is the theoretical basis.It is the comprehensive elaboration and analysis targeting the details,methods and point of view of marketing strategy research for the smart electronic product.The second part is the general introduction for AO Company.And base on the industry for the products in,by using PEST and Porter's Five Forces Model,analyzing the marketing situation and competition environment,and standing on the angle of macro-environment and industry competition condition to dissect.The third part is the STP analysis.By means of 4P of marketing mix,propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestion,and provide the solution finally.It is the important part for this paper.Base on a series of industry analysis and marketing strategy research of smart electronic products,this thesis is sincerely hope to help and improve much development in market for AO company in China.
