With the development of information technology,all kinds of Internet products are more and more popular with the public,especially the apps carrying rich information,such as wechat,microblog,etc.The rapid rise of new media has brought great influence to the traditional media.Many problems such as the reduction of advertising volume,the sharp decline of circulation volume,and the decline of the number of readers have become increasingly obvious.In order to reverse this disadvantage,Zhengzhou daily takes the initiative to attack new media business.The integration of traditional media and Internet is the future development trend of media industry.As a very influential newspaper group in Henan Province,Zhengzhou daily explores the development way in the wave of Internet.This paper takes the marketing transformation and development of Zhengzhou daily as the research object,analyzes the current situation of marketing strategy management,the existing problems and the business benefits obtained,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,optimization measures and optimization schemes for the optimization of marketing strategy of Zhengzhou daily,so as to provide help and reference for the development of other traditional media marketing.This paper investigates the marketing strategies and approaches of Zhengzhou daily through four chapters.The contents are as follows: in the introduction part,under the development trend of new Internet media,the background,significance,main research contents,research methods and research purposes are proposed;in the first chapter,the transformation and development of traditional media and related theories are combed and summarized;in the second chapter,the marketing strategies of Zhengzhou daily are summarized The current situation and existing problems are summarized,and the changes in the process of development and transformation are analyzed;the third chapter combs the internal and external marketing environment analysis and positioning in the marketing development of Zhengzhou daily,finds out the challenges it faces in the marketing development,and designs and optimizes the marketing strategy of Zhengzhou daily;the fourth chapter analyzes the organizational system,financial funds and people of Zhengzhou daily This paper gives some suggestions on the implementation of resources,information,operation and other safeguard measures,and gives a practical case of Zhengzhou daily in new media marketingIn the last chapter,I summarize and discuss the marketing strategy optimization of Zhengzhou daily,and look forward to the later research.Through the exploration,I find that the research of this topic has certain reference value.Zhengzhou Daily has made initial achievements in the reform and transformation,but there are still many problems to be solved.Due to my limited theoretical knowledge and experience,in this paper,I study the marketing strategy of Internet media In the future research,I will do more in-depthresearch in this area.I hope that the research of this paper and the successful experience of the transformation of the same industry can provide ideas and reference for the later development of Zhengzhou daily...
