In recent years,due to the rapid development of the Internet,5G networks have driven the increase of overall network speeds,new media has entered the lives of the people,and daily activities have undergone earth-shaking changes.Various new media social apps continue to enter the lives of the public,the dissemination of information and daily services and other activities have undergone tremendous changes,and people have more and more ways to obtain the information they need.Coupled with the popularization of smart phones,readers have higher and higher requirements for the timeliness of information,and the importance of paper journals has become lower and lower.Due to the impact of timeliness,more and more readers choose to use mobile readers to read from time to time,the sales of traditional paper journals have dropped significantly,and the sales of teaching supplement journals have reached the freezing point.On the other hand,the rapid development of new media has promoted the innovation and improvement of the development model of my country's traditional paper media industry.Traditional paper media companies,especially teaching supplementary periodical companies,must seize the opportunities of market development,make full use of new media technologies,integrate all advantageous resources,and improve their own market competitiveness.This article mainly reads and studies related literature,draws on the relevant theories of predecessor marketing,precision marketing and word-of-mouth marketing,and uses SWOT analysis to analyze the "New Composition" magazine from four aspects: advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and risks.The current marketing situation has been analyzed in an all-round way,and a reasonable and effective new marketing strategy will be put forward in the following article,which will pave the way for the better development of the magazine.At the same time,using PEST analysis tools to analyze the external environment of "New Composition" magazine,and then analyze its internal competition environment,and point out a series of problems in the marketing process of "New Composition" magazine.And by studying the relevant theories of new media marketing at home and abroad,analyzing the marketing characteristics of the current new media market,combining the current marketing characteristics and advanced sales concepts of the new media market,designing marketing strategies and marketing methods for the "New Composition" magazine Improve and build a complete,effective and feasible marketing strategy plan.The new marketing plan solves the problems in the existing marketing strategy of "New Composition" magazine.The integration of traditional teaching supplementary journals and new media technology can help "New Composition" magazine attract more readers and expand "New Composition".The reputation of "New Media" magazine has enhanced the richness of the content of "New Media" magazine,helped the magazine increase the sales volume of "New Composition" magazine,and further helped the "New Composition" magazine increase its economic benefits.Finally,through the research of relevant enterprise systems,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the "New Composition" magazine marketing strategy were formulated,which elaborated on the two aspects of corporate system and talent team building to ensure the stable development of "New Composition" magazine and the steady improvement of corporate efficiency..The research purpose of this article is mainly to construct a complete corporate structure for the "New Composition" magazine,and to help the company to integrate and develop with new media technology.In the development of the company,combining the current marketing characteristics under the multimedia background,design a reasonable marketing strategy for the "New Composition" magazine,enhance the innovation ability of the "New Composition" magazine,and help the "New Composition" magazine increase sales,To be a well-known journal in Shanxi and even the national supplementary periodical,so that more teachers and students can obtain the required composition knowledge from the "New Composition" magazine,and hope that these marketing strategies can be used for the research of marketing strategies of other companies in the industry Provide corresponding basis and reference.
