The Pension Service Model Of The Internet Of Things In Megacities

With the advent of the era of big data,Internet of things technology has been highly valued and widely used in all sectors of society.At present,the aging of China's super-large cities is increasingly accompanied by the aging situation.Traditional pension institutions and limited professional nursing resources can no longer cope with the social phenomenon of the emerging tide of the elderly.In order to let the old man's physiological needs and psychological needs are met in the largest extent,under this background,this article to large cities as the main research object,use the advanced Internet technology and the combination of pension services,improve the disadvantages of traditional pension institutions and nursing have limited resources,reduce the pressure of nursing staff,improve the monitoring precision at the same time,enable the elderly to experience a new era of health care.Based on the hierarchy of needs theory,the era of big data and the theoretical and practical factors of pension concept transformation,this paper elaborates the pension service mode of Internet of things in detail.From the perspective of iot old-age service mode,the status quo of iot old-age service mode in ultra-large cities at home and abroad is sorted out,so as to analyze the influencing factors for the development of iot old-age service in ultralarge cities.Shanghai is taken as the research object to illustrate the urgency and necessity of establishing iot old-age service mode.This paper focuses on the case analysis of typical areas of Shanghai,and takes Shanghai as the survey area to analyze the questionnaire,and makes a detailed analysis of the influencing factors of the needs of the elderly.On this basis,the mode of iot old-age care service in super-large cities is actually constructed.Finally,according to the development trend and experience of iot old-age service at home and abroad,as well as the problems and deficiencies mentioned above,countermeasures and Suggestions are proposed for the iot old-age service model in China.Firstly,according to SWOT model analysis,it is concluded that the development of iot old-age care services in ultra-large cities needs the assistance of the government,enterprises and communities,the price of iot old-age care equipment should be adjusted,the network information security should be improved,the community general practitioners should be trained,and a comprehensive telemedication service platform should be built.Secondly,the health function demand of iot pension service is the primary demand of the elderly group.The higher the economic income,the higher the spiritual demand of the elderly,and the majority of the elderly prefer home pension.Thirdly,binary Logistics regression analysis shows that whether elderly people choose to use iot pension service equipment is the result of multiple factors.Fourth,Shanghai iot pension service mode needs to be constructed from four aspects: functional demand analysis,equipment functional modules,pension equipment classification,and hierarchical pattern design.
