With the development of service computing, SaaS, service information, intelligent medical, intelligent pension and other concepts, more and more services appeared in the practical application in the form of cloud platforms and software system, also the kinds of services is no longer confined to virtual service management. With the improving of life quality and changes of family structure, people’s demand for health care and pension services is getting higher and higher. As massive physical and human resources emerge in the field of medical and pension services, it urgently requires us to effectively arrange resources online and offline in service system. According to the above situation, the concept of “combination of medical and support” which is based on the field of pension service comes into being. The combination of medical and pension model combines pension and health care, and manages the online and offline resources, so that it can provide old users and home users comprehensive and intelligence services.This thesis is studied on the background of pension field. Firstly, we study the characteristics of the demand for pension services, sum up the general and special characteristics of the domain. The general characteristics includes priori, correlation and similarity. The special characteristics includes simple, cross business areas, many emergencies and large amount of data. According to the field characteristic analysis, and the mining field experience product, we propose the concept of service pattern and analyses its nature and advantages. And according to the service pattern in the field of pension services we carry out an example study.Then according to the concept of service pattern we propose the concept of model of service pattern including the expression of service pattern process, the storage and execution of service pattern process and the expression of semantics. The expression of service pattern process is to express the process for the visual sense. Through the application of BPMN elements and custom elements, we make the expression of service pattern more image. The storage of service pattern process is to store the service pattern in the form of computer. Through the research of BPEL and the mapping from BPMN to BPEL we express each service activity in the form of Web Service. And then combine these Web Services with BPEL to complete the storage and execution for the process. The semantic expression of the service pattern is to express the prior, the similarity, the relation of the service pattern and the resource candidate set of the service activity. This part we use the OWL language to carry on the research.Secondly, we propose the the pattern oriented resource scheduling problem. From the perspective of service process to manage the resource candidate set of service activities and complete the resource scheduling. Two resource scheduling algorithms oriented pattern are proposed in this part. One is oriented time shortest scheduling method, one is based on the maximum user satisfaction and the lowest cost. The algorithms considers both user preference and priori features. The idea of genetic algorithm is designed and implemented.Finally, according to the characteristics of the field and the existing research results, we apply the concept of service pattern to the system. The design and implementation of the system is from two aspects. One is service pattern and service resource management, the other is pension health care and medical service.This makes the service pattern and the resources get effective management and complete the integration of the health care and medical services.
