Research On The Financial Performance Of Huawei's Technological Innovation Strategic Transformation

The goal of being manufacturing power makes China put "intelligent manufacturing and innovation" into the core strategy.In the communication terminal equipment manufacturing industry of strategic emerging industries,independent innovation has become the basis of common competition strategy.How did Huawei break out of the red sea to achieve top three global mobile share and to break away from American sanctions? How does enterprise walk out of the R&D difficulty? Where should innovation go?Rapid turnover,strong integration,with heating up competition are the future of mobile phone industry which help to analyze the technology innovation strategic transformation effect of Huawei.Therefore,this article focuses on Huawei's mobile phones to explore the financial performance of technology innovation strategic transformation,not only enriches the strategic transformation and financial evaluation related theory,but also provides enlightenment for related enterprises to get out of innovation dilemma and to realize successful transformation.This thesis mainly studies three aspects: How to use the strategic transformation to solve the problems of weak innovation and fuzzy development path;Analysis of Huawei's performance before and after the transformation;How related enterprises focus from diversification strategy to technology innovation strategy.Firstly,this paper summarizes the definition and transformation factors of the technology innovation strategy and their relationship with performance in relevant domestic and foreign literature.Through related comparison,the strategic development stage of Huawei's mobile phone is sorted out from the perspective of the mobile phone whole life cycle,and the performance of Huawei's technological innovation strategic transformation is evaluated in a deep and comprehensive way by combining traditional dupont analysis system and cash flow,EVA and financial strategy matrix.According to the research,the success of Huawei's technology innovation strategic transformation lies in the focus on core technology innovation,the rational matching of human&financial&material resources,the accurate positioning of the industry,and the grasp of macro opportunities.Therefore,the transformation of scientific and technological enterprises in ICT industry should focus on continuous innovation and core technologies,following the trend,correctly position and rationally allocate resources.
