Abstract/Summary:
In the knowledge economy society with rapid technological change,with the continuous emergence of new technologies,enterprises are facing more and more complex opportunity choices in carrying out innovation activities.At the same time,the rapid rise of big data analysis,artificial intelligence and other research fields promotes the vigorous development of natural language processing technology,but also makes it widely used in text mining and topic clustering,which provides strong support for enterprises to carry out technological innovation efficiently.Furthermore,as the unity of science and technology,technological innovation activities must achieve efficient coordination of multi-agent in order to continuously improve the efficiency of innovation.However,at present,there are many problems in technological innovation activities with enterprises as the main body,such as single data source,heavy text mining,and backwardness of innovative thinking and methods.It is difficult to form a systematic technological innovation path,which greatly affects the continuous improvement of enterprise innovation ability.In view of this,this paper uses natural language processing technology and Variation Innovation Theory to construct a technological innovation path through data collection and preprocessing,extraction of technological innovation topics and keyword screening,and generation and potential analysis of technological innovation schemes,in order to provide a useful reference for enterprises to carry out technological innovation activities.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,based on the systematic review of the research background and current situation of technological innovation,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of existing research,and puts forward the idea of constructing the path of technological innovation with papers and patents as data sources.Secondly,collecting and processing data based on Natural Language Processing technology,extracting the theme of technological innovation;thirdly,based on the Variation Innovation Theory and Technology Life Cycle Theory,the figurative technology innovation scheme is generated and the potential is analyzed.Finally,taking the refrigerated container as an example,applying the technological innovation path proposed in this paper,the technological innovation scheme is generated and standardized,and the priority ranking of the scheme is obtained by further analyzing the potential of the technological innovation scheme.The case application results show that the technological innovation path proposed in this paper is feasible and can provide important decision-making reference for enterprises to improve their innovation ability.This study uses papers and patents as data sources,which is conducive for enterprises to improve the accuracy of topic identification while mining potential technological innovation topics in the target field,and accurately understand the development trend of figurative technology.Text analysis based on Natural Language Processing technology not only improves the extraction efficiency of technological innovation topics,but also reduces the impact of subjective factors on the analysis results;based on the Element Variation Innovation Theory and Technology Life Cycle Theory,the technological innovation scheme is generated and the potential analysis is carried out,which provides systematic innovation method guidance for enterprises to carry out technological innovation efficiently and is beneficial to optimize the allocation of technological innovation resources scientifically and reasonably.
