The application and popularization of new technologies such as the Internet,big data,cloud computing and 5G have changed people's way of life.The digital wave is fierce,and readers' reading habits have changed dramatically.Digital reading is becoming more and more popular,and the survival and development of traditional publishing houses is becoming increasingly difficult.Therefore,traditional publishing houses must conform to the trend of digital reading,so as to keep pace with The Times and obtain new space for survival and development.This thesis use theory research,collection and combed the strategy related theory knowledge,also the actual situation of the SLpublishing houses has carried on the detailed research.It is concluded that the most suitable strategic choice for SL publishing house is to implement integrated digital publishing at the company level,build an eco-related diversification strategy based on digital publishing platform,and accelerate the internationalization strategy.At the business level,the differentiation strategy is implemented,that is,brand differentiation,platform differentiation,product differentiation and marketing differentiation strategy.The research found that for the publishing industry,content is most important,followed by multi-channel media communication is crucial.If the high-quality content of the publishing enterprise is combined with the multi-channel media communication,it can achieve a huge explosive force and growth rapidly.SL publishing house should further improve the publishing industry chain and realize multi-media dissemination of the same content by means of merger and acquisition integration and resource integration to realize the combination of strong and strong and complementary quality resources.In order to help traditional publishing houses stand out in the fierce market competition and gain sustainable competitive advantages,it is necessary to integrate resources,improve the digital publishing industry chain.For example,from paper books,e-books,audio books,movies,animation,games and other channels to become NO.1 in the digital publishing..From the path of digital development of foreign enterprises,digital development will be more widely accepted.SL publishing house must seize the opportunities in the digital environment,formulate the corresponding strategies and carry them out.This thesis aims at the current traditional publishing house in the digital environment of the problems encountered,in order to provide a reference for SL publishing house to make digital publishing strategy choice.
