Under the background of media convergence,professional publishing houses are faced with the situation of declining sales of paper publications and the problem of how to integrate media.Based on the analysis of the advantageous resources of the professional publishing houses,this paper puts forward the strategies suitable for the development of the professional publishing houses with the core of the advantageous resources and the purpose of improving social and economic benefits.In this paper,the industrial and commercial publishing house of China as the research object,through literature research and study the composition and characteristics of the user resources,present situation,development strategy,such as analysis,combined with China's industrial and commercial press user resource competition in the market environment factors,user data analysis results,etc.,puts forward the three Chinese business press user resources development and the existing problems.First,the number of Chinese industrial and commercial publishing houses has been growing slowly,and the number of new users is relatively small.Second,China industrial and commercial press has a poor operation of user resources;Third,the lack of professional digital products.In view of the problems of user resources of China industry and commerce press,the following Suggestions are proposed: first,user groups should be segmented to meet the needs of small groups of users;Second,community operation transforms potential users into visible users;Third,enrich integrated products and improve user service.Through meeting the needs of users and combining with the background of media convergence,the paper proposes targeted development strategies to facilitate the transformation and upgrading of professional publishing houses.
