Research On Zielinski's Media Thinking

In the late 1980 s,the German scholar Siegfried Zielinski published the book Audiovisions: Cinema and Television as Entr'actes in History,which first proposed the term "Media Archaeology".At that time Zielinski was responsible for teaching Audiovisions courses at the University of Salzburg in Austria,this is the beginning of his media thinking writing.After more than 40 years,Media Archaeology has finally got rid of the marginal position it has been in for a long time and gradually moved to the core area of the journalism research.The research paradigm and vision advocated by media archaeology is impacting traditional journalism research and historical writing.Prof.Zielinski is of great significance to the field of media archaeology.This thesis will focus on the three dimensions of its ideological soil,theory and field,value and influence;Analyze its life history,ideological background,theoretical resources,development context,main points of view,practical field and theoretical value so far;To identify the "deep time",media as a "generators of surprise",and future outlook and other media research key issues attitudes and views;On this basis,it summarizes the unique value of Zielinski's media thinking from three aspects: epistemology,metamethodology and research objects.At the same time,after fully understanding the historical and cultural characteristics of Zielinski's thoughts,it summarizes the unique value of Zielinski in Chinese media research and historical writing.The media's deep time analysis leads us to look at the gap between history and cultural development,the study of Variantology makes us pay attention to the development of cultural technology in non-central areas,Media archaeology makes modern civilization fall from its "absolute" divine position and constructs an alternative media development genealogy by restoring the then conditions of media devices.Humanity has the opportunity to recapture the true face of history and culture,in addition,under the rust of history lies a huge opportunity facing the present and even the future,Zielinski thus returns to his most pressing concerns and explores the many possibilities of the present and the future.This thesis traces the text and method of Zielinski's media thinking to provide one path and possibility for Chinese media research and historical writing,to enrich the research space and prospect of media history.Maybe I've planted the seed of doubt in order to interchange and accurate.
