When we look back the history of mankind society, we can find the history of mankind communication development is to create and use new media continuously, so the system of information of society attains consummately. Through this fast-improving technology, we can talk, work and entertain ourselves, also we can know overall situation through screen of cell-phone. We have become ever more reliant on the technology as it brings more convenience to our lives. Mobile phone has turned into extend of the people sense organ.Function of mobile phone changes with each passing day. People begin to pay more attention to its communication value. On the one hand, mobile media has brought advantages to people, on the other side it has defects. The famous Chinese director Feng Xiao gang's film -'The Cell phone' has actor's lines: If you don't avail yourself of mobile phone, the phone will not a hand phone but a hand mine. If you don't make good use of hand phone, it results in false information, exposure privacy and even it leads the dissimilation of human being. The first chapter of the thesis mainly bases the communication theories grasping the information communication concept of the hand-phone media through discussing the handset media's characters , and then probe into the status quo that the mobile media combines traditional media. The second section adopts content analysis method to suggest a research of QiLu handset newspaper to prove the style transformation of news. Then the text opens out cell-phone impacts on communication order and social structure. Finally, the article predicts the future of new media ,accepting the rapid development of mobile media. But it points out, if mobile phone turns into mass media, the process is not easy.
