Our print media in China has taken transformation for more than 20 years,except a few media,most of their transition still have a distance from success.In the new media environment of all-the-media era,the traditional media faces too many opportunities as well as challenges that caused by the new media.As the "Internet thinking" has become a hot word,print media transformation in China are in the slogan of "Internet+",but most of them got little success,they failed to solve the old problem and faced some new problems at the same time.The Modern Express is an old and established city-paper in our country,it took a lot of transformation in recent years,established e-paper,reform print paper,opened and reformed new-media platforms,such as app,weibo,WeChat and so on.Taking it as an example to research can make the study more esentative and indicative.In this study,the author has made questionnaire surveys to 100(79%effective)readers of Modern Express,100(76%effective)users of Letters-cloud-media,and 50(86%effective)workers of its all-the-media center,chatted with some representative workers.The author found that the transformation of its each platform seems to be lost in the crowd,and lack of linkage and the real convergence,although there is a relatively stable high quality talent team,but there is no relevant systems and mechanisms being in synchronization with the team in the process of reform.lts market development ability and social evaluation didn't get the corresponding ascension.Investigate its reason,the author thinks that the transformation direction is not correct,the idea is not clear and does not reach the designated position,the transformation breakthrough point and focus is not appropriate and clear,the human resource configuration is not scientific and reasonable.The author has summarized some advice for the transformation of our paper media:Firstly,build up industry-confidence,take a correct view of the new media and realize their periodicity,then pay attention to details in the large pattern,cultivate key section while scattering net,shift in thinking and upright posture in the root,take people first and care for their mindset,make friends with the audience,attach great importance to the market and use new technology to transform the production process.Last but not least,really fusion should start with focusing on the values.
