The ultra HD camera is widely used in smart public security and smart city because it can provide long-distance and large area coverage monitoring.However,there will be a lot of errors when using the existing cam era monitoring model to calculate the coverage of the Ultra HD camera.Therefore,this paper studies the full parameter model of ultra HD camera monitoring,which aims to accurately calculate the monitoring coverage area of the ultra HD camera and then evaluate its actual monitoring effect.At the same time,it also lays a theoretical foundation for the design and development of a simple and practical tool for engineering design.In this paper,the difference between the ultra HD video camera and the conventional camera is compared.The conclu sion is that after considering the he ight and ang le of th e camera installation,there is a great error in the measurement of the target object distance from the existing standard and HD camera monitoring model.Based on the analysis of the actual parameters of the ultra HD camera,the assumption that the camera image plane and t he target cross section are parallel to each other is made.Based on the principle of small aperture imaging,the target range is redefined as the distance between the lowest point of the target section and the center of the camera,and the full parameter model of the super HD video cam era is constructed.Chi square test is used to analyze the deviation degree between the calculated value of the model and the actual measured value,and it is found that the model still has room for improvement.In this paper,according to the actual installation of the ultra HD camera in the project,three coordinate systems with relative position are established,that is,the camera installation space coordinate system,the camera coordinate system and the im aging coordinate system.Based on the rigid body transformation,the projection transformation and the homogeneous coordinate theory,the camera monitors the arbitrary points in the coverage area.The m athematical relationship between mapping transformation and image points is accurately solved,and the full parameter model is corrected.The ultra HD video cam era monitoring model can accurately solve the installation parameters such as camera installation height,image sensor size,installation angle and lens focal length according to the actual monitoring requirements,and can also be able to effectively identify the "full domain coverage" and th e target identification for the installed ultra HD camera and make a more accurate assessment.This paper,which is based on the C++ language,usin g the Visual Studio 2010 programming tool to complete the calculation software of the model.Through practical application examples,the model has been proved to have high accuracy and achieve the target of model construction.Image discrimination level is the design goal that needs to be determined when monitoring engineering design.In this paper,by constructing the model,the image resolution of the target section of any location in the camera imaging area is calculated,and the classification of different image identification is completed for the first time,thus the best installation scheme of ultra HD camera can be obtained,and the blind design and construction of the monitoring project can be avoided.
