With the development and progress of computer image processing technology,this technology has now penetrated into various industries such as industry,medical treatment and transportation,and has been widely used in these fields.However,as the complexity of the use environment in various fields continues to increase,the requirements for software applications have continued to increase,and low-resolution image processing has gradually failed to meet some special needs generated by the current environment.The ultra high resolution image processing has the advantages of high resolution and high definition,which can better meet various complex requirements in actual use.In the selection of this software camera,industrial cameras have become a cost-effective choice in image processing scenarios due to their high intelligence,high transmission rate,stable performance,and other characteristics.Based on the actual industrial use requirements,application scenarios,camera parameters,and software specific functions,this paper takes a comprehensive consideration to achieve an ultra high definition image processing system that can perform automated detection and processing.During use,different tool configurations can be performed according to different workpieces and the use environment,and the workpieces can be automatically detected and processed to achieve the goals of saving production costs and improving production efficiency.The ultra high definition image processing system is divided into two parts:system control and data processing,this article is responsible for the system control part of the ultra high definition image processing system.The camera used for image acquisition in this system is an ultra high resolution industrial camera,and the software is implemented based on the Qt development platform.The software is divided into camera management module,algorithm configuration module and operation monitoring module as a whole.The camera management module is responsible for managing the camera,which mainly includes configuring camera information,adjusting camera image quality,and other small functions;The algorithm configuration module is responsible for configuring the four function modules of configuration template picture,position correction,tool configuration and logic output.The tools are divided into four tools:contour tool,color tool,width tool and diameter tool,and the configured tools can be deleted,edited and copied;The operation monitoring module is responsible for displaying some information of the detection process,which mainly includes the display of image results,statistical information and tool list.In this paper,the requirements analysis,design and implementation of the above functions of the system are carried out,and they are explained in detail.The function points of the entire system are also tested item by item,and the specific test results are displayed.The final test results show that the system's functions and performance have reached the expected goals.
