The widespread use of electric accessory has increased the demand for electrical energy.That further leads to frequent electrical fire accidents.To solve this problem,it is necessary to issue relevant electrical fire early warning methods,which achieves early prevention and preparation.Besides It is also necessary to set up a more stable and efficient electrical fire monitoring system,which improves management and control of electrical fire.The purpose of this thesis is to design such a set of electrical fire monitoring system.It carries out the overall system design from hardware and software level.The main design contents are as follows:Because of the current situation of electrical fire protection in China,the development status of electrical fire is investigated.An electrical fire monitoring system based on the Internet of things technology is proposed.The system collects the residual current and temperature parameters in the electrical circuit as the input.It realizes the control of electrical fire through the design of detector,monitoring equipment and upper computer control system Stable and real-time monitoring.This set of electrical fire system is based on the hierarchical and distributed architecture.It uses the form of CAN bus and Ethernet communication to realize the networking,Then it realizes the centralized management of large-scale electrical lines.The specific design of the software and hardware system is as follows:1.The hardware of this system is mainly composed of detector and monitoring equipment.Among them,the detector includes microcontroller,date collection,human-computer interaction,parameter storage,control output,data communication and power,etc.The working principle is analyzed and the corresponding hardware selection is discussed.The monitoring equipment includes microcontroller,Ethernet communication,CAN communication,memory circuit,micro printer,audible and visual alarm,power,etc.According to the proposed hardware design scheme,the detector and the monitoring equipment are respectively programmed.Among them,the detector includes data acquisition,processing and channel fault detection programming.The monitoring equipment includes slave controller programming and configuration of CAN bus communication and Ethernet communication.2.The upper computer control system contains mainly four aspects: multithread,database, network communication and interactive interface.The multithread improves the concurrent ability of data reception and processing;The function of data management is realized by My SQL database.Five data tables are designed,which includes monitoring equipment,detector,real-time data,historical data,historical fault alarm and so on.Data types and functions are introduced.The network module implements scalable asynchronous communication based on multithread and socket network programming.The information format of the data interaction is designed.It contains the configuration information of nodes number on the bus and the real-time data information format for the detector and the status information format for the monitoring device.The human-computer interface is developed based on QT platform.The interface consists of six menus: node real-time status,equipment real-time status,node historical data query,node alarm fault query,equipment fault query and system interface.Finally,the system is tested in three aspects: data detection accuracy,monitoring alarm and remote communication.The final test shows the electrical fire monitoring system designed and built in this thesis meets the expected functional needs and performance needs.The system can be deployed on a large scale,which brings convenience for the prevention and control of electrical fire.
