With the increasing of electrical fire accident and the degree of harm, the government has formulated and revised a lot of policies to curb the spread of electrical fire, electrical fire protection market is facing great opportunities and challenges now.This article first combined with the data of fire accident from Ministry of Public Security statistics in recent years, described the enormous electrical fire hazards, and analyzed the causes. Contrasting the common automatic fire alarm system, it explained the electrical characteristics and significance of that control system, and described the policies and regulations of the current electrical fire monitoring system.For many common defects of RS485 industrial bus, this selection of performance is the CAN field bus as a communication medium, briefly describes the hierarchical structure of CAN bus protocol and message transmission, electrical fire monitoring system based on the actual need to modify the company's iCAN ZLG MCU application layer protocol, designing a dedicated ZNCAN protocol manages communications networks for highly efficient and stable.Meanwhile, according to network cabling and communications transfer needs, design a variety of CAN communications equipment.According to the requirements and the actual demand of GB electrical fire monitoring system. In this paper, we have used AT90CAN MCU to design a variety of electrical fires monitoring detectors which can be used independently. From the national standards, design, and other aspects of local circuit,we have elaborated the hardware design of the product, proposed many optimization program and explained the software program of CAN bus communication in detail. Using Industrial Computer as Network Monitoring host, With Applications designed by Visual C++6.0 and UPS Standby power. We have formed Electrical fire monitoring equipment. We have explained the hardware design, including host software,monitoring conversion module,power Management and Input and output modules. In addition we have described the design of application software from design ideas,software task and software Management.Finally, the thesis summarizes the result of electrical fire monitoring system, analysis the status and deficiencies of the current product, and proposes improvement direction in the future design and the ideas of new products.
