Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Contract Management System

With the development of the times and the improvement of science and technology,contract,which serves as basic and effective vouchers for enterprises to engage in various business activities,occupies an important position in entire business activities of enterprises.Contract management system also plays an increasingly important role in operations of enterprises.Analysis of the existing contract management system reveals such problems as scattered information management,tedious approval procedures and delayed information prompts.Because of those problems,the current contract management system can no longer meet enterprise development demands.Therefore,it is necessary to design a systematic,stable and fast contract management system.On the basis of relevant literature and actual contract management situations of enterprises,this paper uses Java EE and MCV architecture to designs the enterprise contract management system.Through B/S mode,the system can facilitate operations,timely handle businesses and improve work efficiency.This paper mainly completes the following contents:1.Demands of enterprise contract management are analyzed and functional and non-functional demands of basic information management,contract signing and approval management,contract payment approval management and statistical statement management are determined.Besides,systematic business processing flow charts and use case diagram models are established to focus on describing them.2.All functions of the contract system are designed and implemented.Firstly,the overall architecture and network topology of the system are determined.Then,the conceptual design and physical design of the database are carried out.Finally,enterprise contract management system is designed on the basis of Java EE and MCV architecture and functions of the four modules of basic information management,contract signing and approval,contract payment approval and statistical report management are realized.The basic information management module is used to effectively manage the contract classification,the invoice type code in enterprise contract management.The contract signing and approval module is mainly used to integrate the two major steps of contract signing and contract approval and to distinguish function standards according to functional standards of contract managers and enterprise project managers.The contract payment approval module is used to judge collection and payment types of the effective contracts and to manage payment records such as contract advances received and advance payment.The statistical report function module is designed for data summary,classified statistics and regional management.After managers understand and master contract information,it can help them complete performance assessment and realize effective utilization of data resources.3.The contract management system was thoroughly tested.The test results show that the contract management system developed in this paper can basically meet demands of users.The system can ensure the operation,safety and convenience of the contract management system and improve the work efficiency.
