Fujian Electric Power Design Institute Contract Management System Design And Implementation

The contract system, is based on the information technology, full using the idea ofadvanced enterprise management, to construct a contract management platform, including planning, controlling, decision-making and full performance evaluating. This platform is to deal the contract management as a work-flow, using modeling technology to divide it into some subsystems, and managing each part of the process flow. The contract management system is to evaluate development level of a enterprise.The Fujian Electric Power Design Institute is facing power engineering market; itscompeting ability is based on its level of designing and management. The contract management work of the Institute involves many departments, according to different production and business activities, contracts are divided into many types, basically into two: project contract and non project, covering different contract management stages, including contract preparation, signing, reviewing and executing stages. This thesis is facing the user’s problem, based on the study and analysis of related technology, the project development of tools for the application in engineering design enterprise is ECA-SOA platform,the database server is SQL SERVER2005, the computer language is the Visual C#language. This system is in accordance with the needs of users to confirm the description, and designed as such contract management system with these functions: purchase contractapplication, bidding management, contract information management, the contract executing, the supplier management module, and the user login, roles dispatch, contract creating, online reviewing, electronic filing, payment management, customer management and query statistics.The system is being run on line in Fujian Electric Power Design Institute, involvedin all functions of contract management for the daily business, and the users reflect, thesystem can lead the enterprise to standardize the way to manage the contract, reduce mankind workload, increase the efficiency of enterprise contract management, improve theability of enterprise contract management, and the contract management system is an important part of enterprise management system, it support and enhance the level of enterprise information management.
