The Design And Implementation Of Contract Management System For JiNing Mobile Communication Corporation

In recent years, the number of construction and management of large-scale projects in Jining mobile company grows and there has been a lot of contract information to be unified managing. Contract management needs some advanced technologies and methods. Jining mobile company still uses manual paper signing methods in the process of management which needs contracting parties signing a paper contract and making the deal face to face. This approach not only makes the transaction and management process more cumbersome but also paper contract itself possesses many drawbacks such as a difficult adjustment and complexity of the approval process, which makes it harder to handle some complex contract projects. Jining mobile company plans to develop a management system according to the current characteristics of the contract management and the problems will be solved when the system is implemented.After analysing the background of Jining mobile contract management, we raise some shortcomings occruing in similar systems in China. Technically, B/S (Browser/Service) of the three-tier design pattern is chosen while J2EE architecture, which includes database layer, application server layer and client layer, is selected as well. All operations are carried out in a browser, business operations will access to serber-side resources through the browser client. A huge database, MS SQL Server 2012, is used to make the database platform. Struts Framework of MVC design pattern based on J2EE platform, Servlet and JSP technology are also making a contribution to build the system.Jining Mobile contract management system’s user roles are divided into contract management, contract parties, approval people at all levels and system administrators. Contract drafting module, contract approval module, contract management module, contracts query module and system management module are realized in the system. Contract drafting module covers drafting a new contract, contract draft list and history handling contract. Contract approval module covers negotiation signature and approval. Contract management module covers contract returning, the contract voiding, contract transferring, contract changing type, contract each other, organized department changing, association investments projects and related budget items. Contracts query module covers accounting query, process query, the query of processing efficiency and stamp query. System management module covers organization and management, user management, role management, rights management, log management, personality parameters, work logs and constant management.Short development cycle, high flexibility, convenience, and effectively shortening trading time between the company and its customers are advantages of the system. The information is processed into smaller units which is able to be retrieving, changing and processing effectively. Realization of the friendly-interface system laid the cornerstone of diversify and personalized management of Jining mobile company’s management. At present, the running of the system effectively facilitates the daily work of Jining Mobile company.
