The Design And Implementation Of Contract Approval And Management System Based On Soaoffice Middleware

With the continuous improvement of the human society, enterprises and institutions are more and more important to drafting, approval, authorization, signing, archiving and management of the contract. Contract Management is the origination and termination of work flow of enterprises. It runs through the whole process of work deployment within the enterprise. It reflects timely and accurately dynamic information of the contract and has a great significance on the improvement of economic benefits and work efficiency of enterprises and institutions. Due to expanding of business scope and increasing categories of signed contract, there must be a perfect contract online approval and management system for enterprises in the increasing development and maturity of computer software and network technology day. It provides reasonable and a full range of contract management functions. However, the existed contract management system can not organically combine contract generation wi th later management, which has the problems of a duplication entry of contract data, not visible of contract terms in the process of contract approval and management, time-consuming and inaccurate at the approval time. Therefore, it is imperative to design of a contract, accomplishing contract assignment with template, on-line contract approval, automatic data extraction and efficient, accurate, standardized later management.This paper designed a kind of contract online approval and management system, which is based on SOAOffice middleware technology. The system designs carefully the data structures of contract management and contract templates, which provides the implementation of extracting and combination data of contract of web environment by production of various types of word form of contract templates as a instrument of contract data entry and SOAOffice middleware technology, and completes the function of contract online approval and management in web environment. Then, the system has organically combined contract generation with later management, accomplishing contract assignment with template, on-line contract approval, automatic data extraction and efficient, accurate, standardized later management, which improves the work efficiency of employees, reducing human, material resources and the cost of enterprises and institutions management.This paper designs and implements contract approval and management system according to the thought of software engineering strictly.
