Design And Implementation Of Contract Approval And Electronic Contract Signing System

The rapid development of Internet information technology promote the development of electronic commerce which makes tens of thousands of commercial contracts concluded by way of electronic contracts.The first problem to be solved in the electronic contract is the conclusion of the electronic contract,the successful conclusion of electronic contracts and effective signed is a necessary condition for the development of electronic commerce.Electronic contract formed its own unique characteristics and rules on the basis of maintaining a substantially consistent.Traditional laws and regulations relating to the contract has not met or are difficult to predict these problems caused by the uniqueness.As an important field of electronic commerce,the development of electronic contracts can provide a complete security for electronic commerce.The main work of this paper is to design and implement contract management and electronic contract signed system.Firstly,this paper designed the approval contracts and signed system of electronic contract in general,taking into account the reliability,ease of use,redundancy,system openness,scalability and other properties,designed the interface system,because of the particular requirement of the safety,it designed the safety of system specifically.Then,the system is divided into sub-system of approval contract and signed system of electronic contract according to the function,the functional architecture of sub-system of approval contract is designed,the function of sub-system of approval contract is divided into several modules of the drafting,review,query,manage,lifting,confirmation etc.,the business processes of key business is designed.The function boundaries of electronic contract signing subsystem are defined,the signature subsystem is divided into the key business modules,such as confirmation,synchronization,verification,seal management,certificate management and so on,the function and business process of the key business module are designed.After the detailed design of the two subsystems of the contract approval and electronic contract signing,the key business of the subsystems is realized.
