In recent years,with the development of market economy and social development,people's living and consumption stansards are improved rapidly.In this situation,as the indipensible tools in daily life,the need and popularity of mobile phones are also increasing.As for the market,Chinese smartphone market has surpassed western countries and become the largest phone sales market.Foreign phone companies are also aware of the great potential of Chinese sales market and entered the market,which makes the copetetion more fierce.Now suffering the influence of technology,marketing ability,production quality,customer service and so on,Chinese phone companies' market share is declining year by year.Therfore,in the future,how to take the oppotunity and develop the core advantage by making the best marketing strategy is the biggest problem for those companies.Based on the background above,this paper reserched the HUAWEI HONOR series phone,and then deeply analyzed the marketing strategies,management situations,production advantage and disadvantage,oppotunities and so on.During the analysis process of price and sales methods,we dicussed how to solve its problems.We hope that this research could supply some advice and help for HUAWEI's development.
