The Current Situation And Prospect Of The Service For The Elderly In Museums On Tourism Hotline

Tourism is an important way for people to enhance their aesthetics,exercise their body and mind,and enrich their lives.With the advent of the mass tourism era,museum tourism has become an important format for the integration of culture and tourism.Museums provide a heavy cultural base for the tourism industry.The breadth of tourism and the better integration with industry and commerce provide new ways for the spread of museum culture.With the in-depth integration of culture and tourism,comprehensively improving the public services of museums under the integration of cultural tourism,meeting the growing spiritual needs of the people has become a new issue facing every museum person.China has stepped into an aging society since 1999.The elderly population has been increasing for the past two decades,and the degree of aging has further deepened.According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics,more and more elderly people use tourism as a new leisure and entertainment option.As an important tourist attraction and cultural institution,museums have also attracted many elderly people,especially with the increase of museum family visitors and the implementation of the museum's free ticket policy,visiting museums has become an important part of elderly tourism.To protect the rights and interests of the elderly,the state has issued a series of laws and regulations that require the cultural and tourism departments to provide museum services for the elderly.This article selects the Shaanxi History Museum,Xi'an Banpo Museum,Xi'an Beilin Museum,Xi'an Museum and Qianling Mausoleum Museum on the popular tourist routes in Shaanxi Province as the research objects.Through questionnaire surveys,observation interviews and online reviews,the elderly audiences of these five museums The service status is sorted out,and these museums meet the needs of elderly visitors to learn knowledge to enrich themselves,to accompany their families to enhance intergenerational communication,nostalgia,walk fitness,and develop social interactions.However,older visitors also encounter some problems when visiting museums.Common problems include museum fatigue,demand for museum explanations,barrier-free facilities for museum visits,use of new technology equipment in museums,and low museum integration;personality issues are the museum ticket network for elderly audiences reservation.It is recommended that museums should actively play the role of "guiding" while meeting the needs of elderly visitors.By guiding the behavior of elderly visitors,they should strengthen the participation of elderly visitors in museums and realize the interaction between elderly visitors and museums.At the same time,based on the background of the integration of culture and tourism,it is believed that museums should pay attention to elderly visitors,provide high-quality museum experiences for elderly visitors,pay attention to the distribution of multi-channel multimedia information,and improve the comprehensive service capabilities of museums,in order to better meet the needs of elderly audiences.It is hoped that through research and suggestions on the service of elderly visitors in the tourism hotline museum,it will provide ideas for the museum's crowd service and management,provide reference for the service of elderly tourists in tourist attractions,and provide reference for the active aging of society.
