As the educator,carrier and service provider of culture,museum ushered in the climax of development under the tide of cultural revitalization.Under the background of national attention and support,museums have achieved unprecedented rapid improvement in number,scale and influence.Museums play a vital role in society.As a supplement to state-owned museums,private museums play an important role in museums.With the change of society,people's cultural needs are not only limited,single,become more pluralistic and diversified;in the situation of increasingly fierce competition in the market economy,culture and economy continue to integrate deeply,and the competitiveness of culture is also gradually prominent,which puts forward higher requirements for the development of private museums,the pace of private museums to adapt to the development of the times needs to be accelerated.The object oriented of the museum is the visitors who come to visit.The survival and development of the state-owned museum mainly depends on the state financial funding,while the development of the private museum mainly depends on the capital injection of the founder of the private museum and the visit and consumption of the visitors.The research and investment of comprehensive state-owned museums are huge,but few scholars focus on the development of private museums.Paying attention to the development of private museums cannot be separated from the attention of private museums,but also from the observation of visitors' tourist experience.Through data investigation,classification and comparative analysis,empirical research,cross-analysis,data statistical analysis and other methods,this paper combs the innovative construction of private museums in the aspects of publicity and promotion,exhibition design and personnel arrangement.This paper analyzes its influence on the visitors'intention through the model,and then provides some suggestions for the innovative construction of the private museums in order to optimize their future development.According to the theoretical model of tourism experience,referring to the interviews with the curators of a number of private museums and the pre-investigation of tourists'visiting experience,it is assumed that the innovative construction of private museums is publicizing.Exhibition and personnel have an impact on the experience of visitors.Under the conditions permitted by the actual situation,15 private museums in Wuhan were selected as the research sites to randomly send out questionnaires for the visitors after visiting the museum,and the publicity and promotion of the private museums were investigated to know exhibition design and personnel arrangements of the three aspects of satisfaction.With the help of SPSS and AMOS tools,the statistical data are analyzed and the results of the questionnaire are determined.The innovative construction of the museum in the aspects of publicity and promotion,exhibition design and personnel arrangement has an impact on the visitors' viewing experience,calculates the influence degree of each factor,and removes the influencing factors that are not significant.Finally,the structural equation model is determined.In the impact model of publicity,exhibition and personnel under the three dimensions of access,publicity content,publicity to the public,popularity,exhibition layout,exhibition matching,The nine influencing factors of staff explanation and staff division of labor have a significant impact on the visitor experience.The model verifies that the museum innovation construction has a positive correlation with the visitor experience.Based on the theoretical model of tourism experience and the characteristics of private museums,the influence model of innovation and construction of private museums on visitors' experience is established.To explore what kind of construction behavior in private museums can have an impact on the tourist experience of visitors,so as to strengthen the construction of significant impact,enhance the sense of experience of visitors,and then attract more visitors.Finally,the development of private museums related industries,to achieve the development of private museums "hematopoietic"income generation.
