With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the competition among enterprises in our country is no longer the competition of physical capital,but turns to the competition of human capital gradually.Most enterprises in the increasingly fierce competition in the market continue to pursue development and progress in order to seek the long-term vitality of enterprises.The core strength of sustainable development is the reserve and possession of high-quality talents.Enterprises must be equipped with more excellent talents actively,in order to adapt to the current rapid development of economy and society,avoid eliminated by intense competition of market,while strengthen staff training,improve staff knowledge reserve,improve employees' comprehensive ability,is conducive to the development and planning of the enterprise,in the competition in the market for the enterprise to provide sustained energy.GD company,as a high-tech enterprise in Hefei,originates from China's higher learning institutions,and as the pioneer,practitioner and leader of the national quantum communication industrialization,dares to innovate and practice.The talent training system of the company has been established since 2014.However,with the rapid development of GD company and the continuous expansion of its R&D and production scale,grass-roots employees have increasingly strong demands for new knowledge,which need to be supported by a series of staff training and a complete and excellent training system,so as to meet the development requirements of the company and their own development needs.But in the enterprise there are many defects of talent training system in the current,such as incomplete identification of training needs,incomplete training management methods,inadequate planning and arrangement,and lack of training effect evaluation methods,which largely restrict and affect the efficiency of basic staff in acquiring new knowledge.From the perspective of long-term planning and development of the company,there is an urgent need to optimize the training system of grassroots employees,which also provides sufficient basis for the study of this paper.This paper on the topics about staff training research the domestic and foreign from different perspectives fully collection,induction and summary,combining the relevant theories of staff training,describe GD company basic survey and grass-roots staff training system,and through to the GD company implement the methods of on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey,fully tap the current problems of GD company grass-roots stafftraining system,and analyzes its reason.From the perspective of GD company's overall development plan,combined with the staff own development needs,give a GD company grass-roots staff training system optimization ideas and principles,and respectively from the training management system,training system,training lecturer and course system improvement measures are put forward,and the final summary,induction and form the research conclusion of this paper.Through the study of this paper,it is hoped that the optimization of GD company's basic staff training system can lay a foundation for the sustainable and healthy development of GD company's business and reserve talents.At the same time,it is also hoped that through the optimization of GD company's basic staff training system,it can play a certain role in promoting the optimization and training of other high-tech enterprises' basic staff training system.
