Research On The Improvement Strategy Of Social Service In Changzhou University Library

With the development of science and technology,human society has entered the information society.The most important resource of the information society is information.The university library is an important node in the whole social information network,an important concentration and divergence of high-quality information resources,with excellent physical space environment and professional technical talents.With the continuous promotion of social information,the public demand for information is increasingly urgent and diverse.In order to meet the information needs of the society,for many years,the state has been advocating and encouraging university libraries to actively carry out and improve social services while serving teachers and students.To develop and improve the socialized service of university library is the manifestation of its own value,the embodiment of its social function and the important way to promote the sustainable development of university library.This paper selects four representative University Libraries in Changzhou as the research object,adoptsthe methods of literature analysis,network investigation and interview investigation,analyzes the cultural industry and its characteristics,and relies on the theory of quasi public products of public products,the theory of sharing economy,the theory of new public management and other theoretical guidance,through interviews with the staff of four university libraries,the public and the map of four universities Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the contents and methods of the library’s socialized service,it is found that there are more or less problems in Changzhou University Library in terms of ideology and working state,laws and regulations and policy guidance,system reform and reward and punishment mechanism,historical tradition and talent construction,intellectual property and operation mode,spatial layout and information technology,etc.,and the existing problems are deeply analyzed Through the analysis of the reasons for the entry,the paper puts forward to change the backward conservative concept,establish the consciousness of service innovation,formulate the protective laws and regulations,issue the guiding policy documents,reform the traditional management system,establish the effective reward and punishment mechanism,eliminate the historical disadvantages of employing personnel,strengthen the construction of professional talents,avoid the restriction of intellectual property rights,adopt the business operation mode,transform the traditional spatial pattern To promote the information technology innovation and other useful countermeasures and suggestions can better promote the improvement of Changzhou University Library Social Service.
