| In the course of this study,according to the specific degree of openness of university libraries,I have selected three more representative university libraries,namely the library of Heilongjiang University,the library of Nanjing Normal University and the library of Henan University of Science and Technology(Luoyang Science and Technology Library).They conducted field and online surveys on the open scope,rules,publicity measures and the open system of the three university libraries.We have identified such problems as imperfect policies,insufficient awareness of joint construction and sharing,imperfect library systems,insufficient funding,single open social content,lack of library spirit and professional knowledge among librarians.It puts forward measures to improve policies and regulations to provide legislative guarantees for socialized opening up,increase the publicity of libraries,strengthen the awareness of openness,carry out orderly work according to local conditions,expand financing channels,explore new types of socialized opening,and recruit various types of library staff.The innovation point of this paper lies in the use of field investigation,starting from the actual situation of the university library,put forward some practical and practicable countermeasures,and solve some problems and difficulties in the road of socialization and opening of the university library. |
