With the development of society,biological sensing,chemical analysis,food safety,safe operation of electrical equipment and other detection fields,effective detection is an urgent problem to be solved in modern science.Surface Plasmon Resonance(SPR)is a new sensor technology that is still developing.Since SPR sensor launch,because of label-free detection,high sensitivity,samples do not need special treatment,and the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability,since 1982 the SPR sensing technology used in gas detection and biological sensors,for decades,the SPR sensing technology in the implementation,instrument development and expansion of the application of obtained rapid development.However,most of the SPR sensor related instruments have delicate structure,poor real-time performance,and operation difficulty is higher shortcoming,The SPR was limited in the use of field monitoring,real-time analysis,etc,therefore an urgent need to improve the detection resolution to meet the testing requirements.As a result,more sophisticated,sensitive and higher-resolution instruments have become the top priority research.This topic of this dissertation start from the concept of surface plasma,surface plasma wave and the plane electromagnetic field.Since the principle of SPR and its main parameters of the structure were studied,based on the analysis of existing application situation and development trend of SPR sensor and SPR various development areas,easy to miniaturization of SPR sensor theory.Make improvementsto optimize structure of the existing classical SPR sensor: the prism coupling Kretschmann structure SPR sensor was improved,designed a model of five layers symmetrical structure of the SPR sensor,and through software simulation,prove its good sensing properties.This dissertation focus on in order to achieve the whole data acquisition system based on SPR sensor and realize intelligent control.This dissertation design a set of related systems independent: lower computer use ARM company's STM32F103ZET6 microprocessor,combined with placing sensors turntable driver module,and other subsidiary module(including CCD photoelectric detection module and the ADC module)implementation of SPR sensor signal acquisition and regulate;Through the C# programming language(.NET development platform,Visual Studio 2017 development environment)to achieve the PC man-machine interactive interface.The software achieve the communication of upper machine and lower machine,data acquisition and test system and computer data processing software for the SPR sensing instrument provides a powerful data acquisition and display and data storage function.The upper computer software is designed strictly according to the common structure of software,which makes the whole data collection system have the characteristics of practicability and convenient operation.
