The traditional media is facing the challenges due the rise of internet technology,different types of new media and the new platforms,ideas and preferences of audiences.Therefore,its traditional industrial standards,production flow as well as the working pattern changes dramatically.The whole system is getting downtrend because of the continuous decent of major management projects income.Newspaper which is regard as the most formal communication channel is bearing the brunt,since it is relatively likely to be ran out by the audiences.Thus,the strategy transition of newspaper is a case that is representative.China Business Journal was beginning the transition in the background of market.The new strategy that corresponding to characteristics and the reform system that to ensure the strategy would help to reach the new sustainable growth point.This article aims at firstly introducing the decision making of new strategy and the procedure of caring through.Secondly the importance of tradition paper media transition will be discussed as well as the principle and laws about it.Furthermore,breaking out from the old business pattern will be conducted to the transition.Last but not least,several problems and solutions are mentioned.The China Business Journal will be the study target and researched by special cases,academical study and searching interviewing.There are six chapters in all.Chapter one Introduction.To introduce the research background,methods and main ideas of the article,it illustrate the basic frame of the study.Chapter two.Research based on domestic and international studies about paper media transition would give the idea of how China Business Journal to go further via concluding from other typical cases.Chapter three will go through the growth history of China Business Daily and its product,profit and facing problems.Also the cooperation gene and choices of different times will be discussed.Chapter four in the view of business pattern to analysis the new strategy that build up to theoretical meaning could find out the problems and solutions.Chapter five researches the new strategy transition with the focus on the meaning of content brand strategy,foreign cooperation strategy as will as the organizing mechanisms safeguard.Chapter Six introduces some conclusion from studies now and prospect for next research.Therefore in conclusion,this article illustrates that the strategy transition of China Business Daily will be fit for the characteristics and market background,and is conductible and typical.It discussed the possible problems and solutions to help demonstrate how to improve and fix the strategy.Furthermore,the transition is also discussed in theoretical level which could be learned from for other media cooperation.
