Network Planning, Design And Implementation Of Questionnaire Survey

From the development trend of the Internet, we know that the influence ofnetwork to people will be stronger. As a new survey method, web questionnairesurvey has been more and more cared and used. Both domestics and overseas hadresearch about web questionnaire survey. But in abroad most research were empiricalsurvey, theoretical survey was little, and they pay much attention to detail and local,and holistic survey was very little; in our country, research about web questionnairesurvey were also not much，needing future study.Compared with traditional questionnaire survey, web questionnaire survey has itsspecial advantages, such as the flexibility, low cost. But it also has certain defects,such as the low response rate. How to improve web questionnaire survey, raise theresponse rate and accurate rate of web questionnaire survey, so that web questionnairesurvey would have better practical utility. The research for this problem is necessaryand it has certain practical significance.The author read a large number of Chinese and foreign literature, surveyed andarranged it, and then obtained the relevant literature review. Through combination ofliterature analysis and empirical research method, this paper discussed a part ofpractical principle, the purpose is to improve response rate and provide certain advicefor the layout, design and implementation of web questionnaire survey.First, the paper expounded principles needing attention in layout of webquestionnaire survey. It emphasized we should choose a suitable questionnairesoftware and effective data statistics analysis software, and choose the famous websthat have high attention rate, and choose appropriate data collection methods.Second, this article mainly analysed how to design the web questionnaire to getthe best effect. It included web interface design, the design of present questionnaireproblems and the design of open questions, etc.Third, this paper has summed up the relevant principles of the implementationprocess. We should establish a sample database at the first; in choosing samplingmethod we should better use probability sampling method; to improve response rate，we should use the hybrid invited way of combination with paper mail, emailand text message contact; apply inevitable cash incentive mode.Finally, the author designed a web questionnaire according to the aboveprinciples, tried to take the research findings to actual survey verify it. According tothe date from this survey case，the result showed that the above related principlessignificantly improved response rate and accurate rate.
