'Star questionnaire' is my country's largest online questionnaire survey platform.Since its development,it is well known for its simple operation,rich functions and free use,and has become the first choice for the majority of users to make questionnaires.Since its establishment in 2006,the questionnaire has accumulated nearly 70 million users,and the platform maintains one million active users daily.It has explored an effective profit model and has developed rapidly.The study uses case analysis,in-depth interviews,comparative analysis,and other research methods to analyze the current status of the questionnaire,and explores the operational strategies adopted by the questionnaire in terms of products,content,and users.The analysis found that in terms of product operation,the questionnaire star insists on taking users as the core,continuously iterating products according to user needs,optimizing product functions and service quality,and improving user experience.In terms of user operations,after more than ten years of development,it has accumulated tens of millions of users and used various means to stimulate user activity.The platform maintains an average of one million active users per day.In terms of content operation,free quality questionnaire templates are provided,and a content control mechanism is established to ensure the purity of the platform content and escort the smooth operation of the platform.The good operation of the questionnaire star has continuously increased the number of users and utilization rate,occupying a leading position in the industry,and has become synonymous with online questionnaire surveys.However,in response to the future transformation and upgrading from the tool platform attribute to the service platform attribute,it also faces a series of problems,such as narrow sample coverage,insufficient sample authenticity and extensiveness,low data quality,declining brand reputation and single business form.Finally,put forward reasonable suggestions for the inadequacy of the deficiencies: first,to enhance platform service attributes and refine operational samples,second,to use AI technology and traditional identification methods to ensure data authenticity,and third,to establish user thinking and continuously optimize products and service.
