As an important carrier of scientific knowledge, academic journals play a powerful role in promoting the communication and development of discipline research. The influence of academic journals is embodied in their ability to impact and change other people's thoughts, psychology and behavior in the process of dissemination,in other word, journal influence is the sum of dissemination effects produced during the process. It is the evaluation of journal influence that can help libraries and researchers to identify and use journals efficiently. How to evaluate journal influence better has been a hot issue for scholars.Citation analysis,a classical journal evaluation method, owns mature empirical research and a perfect theoretical system and has been the first choice to evaluate journal influence for many years. However, with the continuous development of academic social network in informal scientific communication, online scientific research activities play an increasingly important role in expanding the influence of journals.Scholars have to think about how to develop a more perfect evaluation system to evaluate the influence of journals in order to make the evaluation results more comprehensive and complete. The new situation gives birth to new things. The proposal of Altmetrics in 2012 provides a new way for people to solve this problem. It traces people's attention and participation in the form of data in academic achievements. It is supposed to be a new online evaluation index relative to the traditional citation index. Therefore, the combination of Altmetrics and citation analysis can be a new way to the evaluation of Journal influence.By analyzing the generation mechanism and transmission path in theresearch, journal influence can be divided into two dimensions:formal and informal scientific communication. And the theoretical model of journal influence evaluation is preliminarily constructed according to the previous theories. The indicators provided by JCR and Alter Explorer of WoS are collected and screened by missing value processing, coverage analysis and correlation analysis of sample data. The final evaluation system is obtained by weight assignment using principal component analysis. The final system consists of two dimensions and 19 indicators, including 10 JCR-based indicators to measure the influence of formal scientific communication and 9 Altmetrics-based indicators to measure the influence of informal scientific exchanges.According to the evaluation system, the overall influence of Information Science&Library Science journals and the formal and informal scientific communication influence can be analyzed. It is found that there is a positive correlation between the two dimensions, and between each dimension and the overall influence. The size of Journal papers, the professionalism of academic achievements, and whether it is easy to access will all have an impact on the journal influence.Besides, the current situation of sample journals' influence is shown by drawing the two-dimensional distribution map.According to the result, there are some feasible suggestions for the development of Information Science&Library Science journals.
