| Scientific data,as the basis of scientific hypothesis,scientific analysis and scientific theory formation,largely determines the quality of scientific research.Data paper,as the description and publication of scientific data,can meet the data needs of researchers'fine-grained knowledge units and promote the effective reuse of scientific data.However,there is currently no evaluation index and evaluation method of the impact of special academic resources on data paper.Citation analysis,as a classic method for the evaluation of academic achievements,has a mature theoretical system and scientific empirical research.However,its inherent delays,one-sidedness,and the Matthew effect cannot be ignored.Along with the networked and digital development of contemporary information exchange methods,new types of online scientific communication methods have become more in-depth,and virtual social networking sites have gradually become an important platform for scientific researchers to deepen the influence of academic results.In this new situation of scientific research environment,researchers urgently need a new evaluation method to ensure the effectiveness,scientificity and comprehensiveness of academic evaluation.As an evaluation method of social network influence of academic achievements,Altmetrics extends the connotation of academic achievements influence and broadens the evaluation channels of academic achievements influence.Therefore,the evaluation method of integrating Altmetrics and citation analysis is expected to provide new ideas for the evaluation of the impact of data paper.By deconstructing the similarities and differences between data paper and journal paper,this research explores the feasibility and superiority of the evaluation method of integrating Altmetrics and citation analysis in the impact evaluation of data paper.Based on the mode of information dissemination,this research analyzes the mechanism of the influence of data paper,and divides the influence of data paper into three dimensions:potential influence,academic influence and social influence.By analyzing the behavioral performance of data paper in three dimensions of influence,a comprehensive evaluation framework of data paper's influence is constructed.Through index screening and weight allocation,a comprehensive evaluation system of data paper influence is constructed.Finally,according to the comprehensive evaluation system,the influence evaluation of data paper in three dimensions and the whole is realized.Through the correlation analysis of the evaluation results,it is found that there is a positive interaction between the three-dimensional influence and the overall influence.By drawing the three-dimensional distribution map of evaluation results,the difference of data development is analyzed.According to the results of correlation and difference analysis,it proposes to promote the targeted development of data paper review mechanism,citation mechanism and incentive mechanism as a whole,and internally promote the application of data paper quality,content,logic,timeliness and other application strategies to promote the in-depth evaluation and extensive development of applications of data paper,and promote the diversified development of data paper's practice. |
