OA journal is a publishing mode which authors pay for publication and readers can get research paper for free.OA journal is also one of ways to Open Access publication. At present,OA paper is in the stage of vigorous development.Altmetrics and open access can promote each other.Compared with traditional commercial publishing papers,it is easier for OA paper to obtain Altmetrics indicators, and simultaneously eliminate scholars' prejudice against the quality of open access papers.PLOS ONE is a kind of comprehensive OA journal affiliated to the Public Library of Science, which is famous for strict review process, high impact factor and open access facilitator. This study use the ALMs platform to obtain Altmetrics data, and take the academic papers published by PLOS ONE in 2013 as the research object. After rigorous and reasonable design,we use principal component analysis to fuse the indexes. In order to explain the fusion index more rationally,we apply the factor rotation to deal with the principal component.Accordingly,we develop an evaluation model of academic influence. Then, the comprehensive model of academic influence is applied to compare the influence of national academic papers. This paper can draw the following conclusions.First, the constituent factors of academic papers influence include browsing, downloading, discussing, recommendation, reference etc.Second, the influence of academic papers can be divided into two aspects:academic influence and social influence.Academic influence corresponds to Mendeley,Scoupus,PDF,while social impact corresponds to Facebook,Twitter, views.Third, the comprehensive model of academic influence can fully reflect the influence of the paper, and can evaluate academic papers objectively.Fourth, china international academic papers influence is low, regardless of social impact or academic impact.
