| Academic journals are important carriers of academic research achievements,an important reference source for theoretical development and technological innovation.As a knowledge medium,they played an important role in promoting knowledge communication and dissemination.The influence of academic journals reflected academic and application value of scientific and technological achievements.Its scientific evaluation is helpful to optimize and select journals,improve the inherent quality and social influence of academic journals,guide authors to submit manuscripts correctly,help scientific research management departments to make decisions,and promote the continued healthy development of academic journals.Therefore,the impact evaluation of academic journals has always been an important research direction in the field of bibliometrics and a hot issue for scholars.By sorting out related research,it is found that scholars mainly carry out research on the impact evaluation of academic journals from the perspective of citation quality and citation equilibrium.From the perspective of cited quality,the impact evaluation of academic journals are based on the impact of cited journals mostly,without considering the academic level of cited authors,and few studies have combined the two;the impact of academic journals from the perspective of citation equilibrium are most considered quantity equilibrium of citations,and few researches considered on the quality of the citations.By combining the influence of the cited journals with the academic level of the cited authors,the overall description of the academic journals can be made and the evaluation of journals influence can be more comprehensive.The equilibrium of cited quality can reflect the average influence of journals,and some journals with low cited frequency but relatively equilibrium cited quality can be found.This research is based on the predecessors’ research on the impact evaluation of academic journals.The quality of citations and citations of journals are included in the impact evaluation system of academic journals simultaneously,and the impact of academic journals are combined with the index of the citation quality.This research is mainly divided into five parts:(1)Analyzed the background and significance of the research on the impact evaluation of academic journals,sorted out the domestic and foreign research status and summarized the trends,introducted the research tools,research methods and main innovations of this research.(2)Expounded the theoretical concepts and methods related to this research systematically,such as the connotation of the influence of academic journals,the theoretical basis and methods of the evaluation of the academic journals influence.(3)Explored the method of evaluating the influence of academic journals based on cited quality,combined the influence of cited journalswith the academic level of cited authors,constructed the IW index,and compared it with CSSCI’s ranking and h index of the influence of journals to explore the advantages of the IW index.(4)Studied the impact evaluation of academic journals from the perspective of cited equilibrium.On the basis of cited quality,the index of cited quality equilibrium was introduced to construct the QE index of journal impact evaluation,and the influence of academic journals was evaluated in terms of cited quality and cited quality equilibrium comprehensively.(5)Finally,the impact evaluation indexes of the two journals proposed in this study were compared,summarized the research contents and results,explained the deficiencies and future research directions.Based on a systematic review of the current status and trends of academic journals’ impact evaluation research,this study used citation analysis,comparative analysis,and empirical research comprehensively to influence the impact of academic journals from the perspectives of citation and citation quality,citation equilibrium.In order to enrich the journal influence evaluation system and evaluate academic journals more scientifically and effectively. |
