With increasing demand for safety and passenger comfort in automobiles,and improvement of vehicle body electronic technology,the functionality of body control module is increasing.At present,Body control module is developing toward integration,intelligence,miniaturization and information networking,which has a very important significance for further improving safety,comfort and low power consumption.In this paper,through the analysis of the current mainstream BCM technology,combining with current market demand,designed BCM products with high degree of integration,low cost,universality for a domestic economy car brand.BCM can realize door locks,wipers,windows and lighting intelligent control.This paper describes the design process of BCM in detail.Including product requirement analysis,the overall design plan,the design of hardware and software and related test results.The hardware design is based on Renesas embedded control chip V850,including power circuit,input and output circuit,RKE circuit and data communication circuit.The software program design contains the system initialization,timer interrupt handler,voltage management module,data acquisition module,bus communication,load driver output and diagnostic control.
