The research of this article is based on the subject "the client equipment's development of mobile telemedicine support system". The client equipment may examine human body information such as ECG (ElectroCardioGraph) signal, pulse signal, body temperature; real-time collect the characteristic; fuse the characteristic; recognize the serious illness; alarm if emergency and etc. It makes the medical treatment and fist-aid be given faster, more mobile. The scope is wider and it has broad applied prospects.In order to make the patients carry the equipment conveniently, we divided the system into two parts: the physiological parameter gathering unit and the data processing unit. The physiological parameter gathering unit is only responsible to gather human body information such as ECG signal, pulse signal, body temperature and so on. The data processing unit takes charge of the data's subsequent processing. The two parts communicate with each other wirelessly using Bluetooth module. The Bluetooth module signal distance may amount to 10 meters, therefore the patient may only take the physiological parameter gathering unit when at home, which enormously has facilitated patients' activity. Furthermore, when the equipment examines the dangerous signal, the Bluetooth module may control the cell phone that has Bluetooth function to dial the monitoring center's telephone number, which can strive for the precious rescue time for the patients.The physiological parameter gathering unit takes the small volume and advanced chip C8051F300 as its CPU, which is responsible to coordinate the data gathering of ECG signal, pulse signal and body temperature. We make use of the medical electric conduction paste type electrode to collect human body's ECG signal, take the piezoelectricity ceramics as the sensitive component and the tying field effect tube as the pre-amplifier to collect the human body's pulse signal; The ECG and pulse signal's detection all belong to low frequency weak signal's collection under the strong noise background, so we select the meter amplifier AD623 which is developed by American Analog Device Corporation to realize the filter and amplifying circuit and use the right drive leg circuit to wipe off AC common-mode interference; we utilize the thermistor to gather human body temperature and have designed the non-linear compensating circuit for the body temperature's gathering. All the human body's information is transmitted by Bluetooth module according a certain form after being transformed by the C8051F300's AD.
