In order to meet the modern automobile reliability, comfort, intelligence anddigital requirements, more and more advanced electronic equipment was applied tothe bus. Meanwhile, in order to better control these automotive electronic equipment,electrical control devices to meet the increasingly complex communicationrequirements between the controller LAN technology (CAN bus technology) isintroduced and used in automotive body control system, in order to meet the controlthe data transmission between modules and information exchange requirements.In the paper, the current bus body harness existing control system redundancy,information exchange lag and other issues, decided to adopt a distributed wiring, bodycontrol object is divided into several modules, each module completed via the CANbus communication. Based on the idea,this design was based on CAN bus controlsystem for a large bus body, bus body to achieve a variety of control functions of thebasic requirements.1Completed control system of this model bus body structure design, confirmingthe various parts of the electrical characteristics of the control object and parameters,and according to the actual environment of the control bus system is divided into front,top, middle1, middle2four modules,each module achieved specific control objectsand control functions, and developed a transmission of information between thevarious modules protocol.2Completed the bus body control system hardware and software design.Hardware aspects of the main components of the device control module control chip,CAN transceiver, signal acquisition chip and load a selection of driver chips, etc., andaccording to the characteristics of their work environment designed each chipperipheral circuits; software selection Code Warrior as a software developmentenvironment, the use of C language procedures for the preparation, the preparation ofeach module of the system control software, the main program loop runs through theinterrupt call the subroutine to achieve a specific control of the use of electricalrequirements.3Made the bus body control system to conduct a preliminary test.
