Our country has become auto producers and consumers, but still not grasped the core technology. The fundamental reason is that the car is becoming more electronic, Foreign suppliers execute technology blockade strategies on domestic automakers, thus achieve long-term holds the Chinese automotive market business purpose through parts supply and technology monopoly. Only master design technology, develop truly independent design of automotive electronic control unit, to break foreign auto electronic technology monopoly, realize China automobile electronic technology qualitative leap.The thesis first to introduce the background, purpose, significance, as well as the research status of the domestic and foreign, and then detailed analy the needs, and put forward the whole system architecture according to the actual demand. System USES freescale company carbody control special-purpose chip MC9S128XE as the controller, Adopting digital IO interface, AD sampling unit, bus control unit, and other peripheral modules realize on vehicle electrical equipment centralized control and management, such as electric Windows, electric wiper, central door locks, lighting, etc.After completing the whole framework of the system, the thesis introduces the design of hardware and software modules. According to scheme of hardware,risk estimate and chip selection be first, then realize the control of lamp, door, window, etc. and combination bus. At the same time, to ensure the system can stable and reliable work, the factors influencing system work are analyzed in detail, and puts forward corresponding anti-interference measures. Software using the embedded operating system, enhance the software portability and reliability of each module function, respectively, and method of realization are studied, and on the basis of the control of window described in detail.Current prototype has loading experiment, relative to foreign BCM products, local parts can according to the development needs and domestic consumption characteristics, improvement and increase of function. For the car factory, also can reduce the risk of availability, reduce the cost of product, and also convenient control the product function and performance. No matter in products manufacturing, quality monitoring or after-sales service and so on, can improve quality, optimize the process, increased security.
