Dormitory interpersonal conflict handling" is a "required course" faced by most college students in daily communication.From the micro level,the effect of dealing with interpersonal conflict in dormitory will directly affect students’ study,life communication,even physical and mental health and future development.On the macro level,the results of dealing with interpersonal conflicts in dormitories are closely related to student affairs management and the atmosphere of public opinion,affecting the external recognition of the school’s reputation and overall level.In terms of academic discussion on this issue,the existing researches are mostly carried out from the aspects of "characteristic description,current situation description and type division" of female college students’ dormitory interpersonal relations,while there are few comprehensive researches from the perspective of interpersonal conflict.Therefore,from the perspective of interpersonal conflict,this study explores "female college students’ interpersonal conflict in dormitory".Firstly,based on the interpretation of the concept of female college students’ interpersonal conflict,the author introduces the "three-dimensional theory of interpersonal need,social exchange theory and interpersonal conflict theory" to unify and construct the three-dimensional framework of female college students’ interpersonal conflict type recognition,degree division and theoretical attribution.Secondly,on this basis,the interpersonal conflict data of female college students were collected by revising the Source Survey Scale of Dormitory Interpersonal Conflict and Coping Style Scale of Dormitory Interpersonal Conflict.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 800 female college students in Yunnan Normal University,and 10 female college students were interviewed.Through frequency analysis,mean comparison,independent sample T test,single factor ANOVA analysis and correlation analysis,the current situation and causes of interpersonal conflicts among female college students in Yunnan Normal University were comprehensively revealed.Again,from the perspective of the individual(public resources and private interests,life habit,style and communication effect),family background,family atmosphere,generational differences),Angle of the school(school counselor intervention,class activities,sealing management),a comprehensive analysis of female college students dormitory attribution of interpersonal conflict,and puts forward the path choice of female college students improve interpersonal relationship.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)most female students have a low sense of interpersonal conflict;(2)Interest and communication problems are the main sources of interpersonal conflicts among female college students;(3)Most female college students adopt the cooperative approach,followed by the avoidance approach,while the resistance approach and the compromise approach are relatively few choices taken by students;(4)There are significant differences in the sources of female college students’ dormitory interpersonal conflicts in terms of student origin and one-child status.There are significant differences in the ways of dealing with female college students’ dormitory interpersonal conflicts in terms of grade,major and student origin.(5)female college students’ dormitory interpersonal conflict especially for attribution,involving public resources and private interests at the individual level,life habit,style and communication effect,at the family level involves the family atmosphere,generational differences,at the school level and the counselor intervention,class activities,such as school closure management are closely related.(6)There are relatively universal ways to improve female college students’ dormitory interpersonal relations,including personal promotion strategies of "integrating into dormitory life,negotiating public treaties,and improving personal cultivation",and family improvement measures of "guiding democratic upbringing and appropriately guiding education by parents".The school improvement strategy of "improving dormitory daily management measures,optimizing dormitory allocation mechanism and multi-subject management".
