Female College Students' Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship Studies After The "90"

Dormitory interpersonal relationship is a measure of female college students' interpersonal communication ability,mental health and the ability to conduct a small scale.The interpersonal relationship is harmonious or not is not only related to the process of socialization of female college students,but also has a profound influence on the family education of the next generation of the day after.At present in many colleges,female college students have occupied half of the country,along with the progress of the times and development of society,interpersonal dormitory appeared many new situations and new problems.Dutch act events,caused by interpersonal conflicts serious incidents have occurred,this problem becomes more prominent in normal universities in the female,it will seriously hinder the development of physical and mental health of female college students,affect their academic and life.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the interpersonal relationship of female college students in the dormitory.This paper starts from the related theories of female college students dormitory interpersonal relationship with Hubei,Shaanxi and Beijing 8 universities part 90 female college students as the research object,through the questionnaire survey and interviews on dormitory interpersonal problems were investigated and studied.This thesis consists of four parts: the first part,based on the correlative research achievements,and discusses the meaning and characteristics of 90 female students dormitory interpersonal relationship,clarifies the construction of harmonious dormitory interpersonal meaning.The second part,through the statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaire and interviews,summed up the current 90 female college students dormitory interpersonal relationship and the existing problems.The third part,according to the survey results and the actual situation,based on the current situation and problems,from individual,family,school and society four aspects to discuss the influence of 90 female students dormitory interpersonal reasons.The fourth part,the problems and causes,systematically put forward the improvement of 90 female students dormitory interpersonal relationship of countermeasures and suggestions: first,to strengthen the self education of female college students,to cultivate good psychological quality;secondly,parents pay attention to family education,create a good family atmosphere;thirdly,universities adhere to moral education first,give full play to the leading role of education;finally,optimize the external environment,and actively promote the social theme.
